Yoga Breathing practice is a safe and natural way to quickly influence the autonomic nervous system.
Often we are living life on autopilot, surrounded by an excess of information and opportunities, but at the same time disconnected, imbalanced, and exhausted.
This practice of conscious breathing provides most of the benefits of meditation, however, it is easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, with or without people around, and the results are quickly noticeable.
